A Special Kind of Evil

"Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God's."
(2 Chronicles 20:15).

One of the most heartbreaking moments in life, is to learn that somebody you love is not who they portrayed
themselves to be. The second one, is when that same person is to proud and evil to say I'm sorry for the wrong I've done. That's a special kind of evil! Each one of us wants the picture perfect life, even though we know
full well there's no such thing. The honeymoon periods of relationships, situations and circumstances have a
tendency to make us believe good times last forever. When it goes bad, it's usually real bad. In fact, we feel so hurt, we wanna do something bad to the person who caused us pain. Sometimes it feels like revenge is the
only source of comfort.

But, the bible says the battle is not ours, it's the Lords. This means we are not to seek revenge, even when
it's deserving. While this is easier said than done, it's possible. During these times we must let go and let God deal with them.

"Jesus says pride cometh before the fall."

The oppresor will fall, because in the end no good comes of bad, and whatever's in the dark comes to light. A day alwayscomes when there is nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.

"Father God, protect our hearts from heartbreaker's, liars and from people who have and love the dark side of
life, more than they love those who love them.
