Martyrs Denounced| Indian Convert Woman Found Strength in Sri Lanka Massacre

Beautifully written by an Indian convert sister. (It is written to the killer who attacked Christians in SL)

Author Unknown

Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him(Job 13:15).

If we examine God’s Word close enough we will find countless examples of how He manifested good from bad. While the Lord does not make bad things happen He does allow some to take place. In these situations they work together for good in the lives of those who love Him. It appears that #Sri Lanka is one of those events according the the writer of the letter attached.

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28.

The unknown author of this letter used her sorrow and pain for good, by using the hurt that consumed her as fuel and inspiration to pen a letter to God’s people. Through her words we inhale heart-wrenching breadths of unrestricted grief, brought on as a result of another’s evil intent.

Even though the actions of the perpetrator are no less than horrific, the writer manages to introduce lens that alter the nucleus of the intended outcome. She points out in her letter that while the Sri Lanka mass- murderer claims to be a martyr, God deemed him otherwise. To summarize, the writer lays out proof in words that even a baby can understand. Long story short, and according to her perception, “the Lord chose to use his actions for the good, by inadvertently bringing Christians and non-Christians together, which makes us stronger.”

Although, the community is still shaken beyond words, Christians can take comfort in knowing that God will never allow a bad thing to not bring forth something good. “Sri Lanka made us stronger!”

“Ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive” (Genesis 50:20).

The wicked actions of his enemies enabled Him to fulfill God’s purpose of redemption. Therefore, Jesus was able to say from the cross, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do” (Luke 23:34).

A Prayer

Sri Lanka- Father, here we are again faced with the after-math of an atrocious act carried out by a body of evil far too complex for any human to comprehend. God, I know that we’ve gotten through them all, comforted each other along the away, and tried to make sense of them all. But today Lord, most of your children find themselves asking “when will mass murders end?” Yes, I know what You must be thinking, “we already have the answer to that question?” When you put it this way, the answer becomes crystal clear. In spite of what most people want to see happen, “an end to senseless violence,” that can’t happen until You return! The reason that it can’t happen is because we the people would rather fight than live peaceful. Lord help us! ~Ministerneecy~

The Letter

I appreciate that you made the effort to find out the timing of our mass.

Appreciate that you learnt more about our religion to know that Sundays are the days we go to Church for the congregational prayers and Mass

But I guess there were some things you, rather unfortunately, didn’t get to learn.

Perhaps you didn’t know that what you did would make them Martyrs.

And how you have single-handedly raised the statuses of our brothers and sisters in the eyes of their beloved Jesus with your actions. And how, through your actions, they will be raised as the most righteous and pious of Christians.

Perhaps you didn’t know that doing what you did, at the time and place you chose, it actually meant that the last words : CLICK BELOW TO READ ENTIRE LETTER https://www.prayerrequest.com/threads/beautiful-letter.4180127/
