Have you confused Limitations with Opportunity?

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8: 28

"When somebody within your reach could use a helping hand.
When somebody within your reach could use a helping hand.

One of the most important things to remember about being a servant is, “God sends us where He wants us to be.” Of course, it is just as important not to confuse sending ourselves or calling ourselves to handle a situation on our own with being Godsent.

Have you confused Limitations with Opportunity?

Be careful, turning down opportunities to help a brother or sister in need because you detect limitations that might derail the opportunity to be of any help could be a grave mistake. Remember, your strength comes from the Lord? That said, whenever self-doubt, confusion or any other negative spirit attacks, call on the Lord, He is the only Force powerful enough to move mountains in your life. Self-doubt, low self-esteem, and insecurity are major mountains.

Imagine winding up in a situation where a young mother is standing on a ledge, threating to jump because life has dealt more blows than she believes she can bear. You see her standing there, but don’t know if you can say anything powerful enough to bring her down. What do you do, say nothing or say a prayer? Prayer is the only way to reach God. I cannot count the times that I have found myself in situations that rendered me speechless. However, once I asked the Lord to tell me what to say an opportunity to be effective snuffed out all signs of possible limitations.

We are stronger than we think, more resilient than the world gives us credit for, and able to move mountains made of limitations with spiritual gifts that God’s wraps in opportunity.

Many times, people in need of spiritual or other help approach us in unsuspecting ways because God planned it that way. Sometimes in error, we think it’s just a coincidence or a situation of bumping into somebody that we haven’t seen in a long time. In reality; God does not do “coincidence.” Nothing in this world happens under his authority by chance or luck.

In the day of prosperity be happy, but in the day of adversity consider– God has made the one as well as the other So that man will not discover anything that will be after him. Ecclesiastes 7:14

You have been given seeds to sow, and to grow they require watering. As a sower, it is your job to spread good seed all over the land, especially in places where weeds have outgrown seeds that flower in good deeds. When, and only when the heart is right, free of selfish desires, jealousy, envy, and strife, can we begin to sow good seed?

God sends us where He wants us to be, “not to be confused with sending ourselves or by calling ourselves.” Expect people in need of spiritual or other help to appear in our lives through unsuspecting scenarios, because God planned it that way. In concert, angels meet with souls in need on street corners, in hospital corridors, in homes filled with sorrow, and in hearts too hard to receive the blessings God has in store without divine intervention.

When is the last time that you placed more emphasis on personal limitations than possible opportunities?
