There is no formula capable of healing the mind, body and spirit like prayer! Some promote and equate meditating with praying to God in absence of the Spirit, as though it were. Don’t be fooled. You need the power of God to make miracles come true in the form of healing. Depression is one of the darkest demons known to man or woman. It works like a cancer, devouring everything in the mind that is good, fruitful and promising, for the purpose of rendering the mind, body and spirit useless.
That said, “Please do not confuse God’s Word concerning life with man’s advice on secular situations, or attempt to substitute any writings on this site as professional counseling.” However, feel free to accept God’s Word as Authority and biblical guidance on all worldly things.

“So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.”

Life has a way of teaching us lessons through unsuspecting, unwelcomed, and unconventional methods. Sometimes we don’t even know that class is in session. What we do know is that nothing seems to be working, getting better or panning out. During times like these, the only way to rise above circumstances such as these is to look up!
“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
