Selah Means Pause And Calmly Think of That

Selah is a word used often in the bible. It means [pause, and calmly think of that!]Who among us has not experienced a time when words we longed to say had no business being said? Some Christians may find it difficult recalling or owning those moments as though God does not already know about them. Not only does the Father know when, He knows why, and He knows if you struggled to hold them in or could not wait to get them out. The latter does not necessarily mean you are an evil person.
